CONFERENCE
REGISTRATION
GENERAL
1. Sai Youth, age ( 18- 35 ) from Zone 4 and 5
are eligible to register as a delegate for the Sri
Sathya Sai Zonal Youth Conference 2010.
2.
The closing date for
registration is: 31st
October 2009. We humbly advise that every Sai
Youth take opportunity to register early with
their respective National Youth Co-ordinators.
INSTRUCTION
1.
Kindly fill up personal particulars (Registration
[Form A] and Health
Information [Form B]) and submit the form to
your respective National Youth Coordinators.
2.
Payments shall be made to your respective National
Youth Coordinators.
3.
National Youth Coordinators will in return make
the registration submission and payment to the
conference secretariat.
4.
Registration of participants from each country
shall be endorsed by the respective National Sai
Council President.
5.
National Youth Coordinators upon endorsement from
respective National
Sai Council President is advised to submit the
registration progressively
to Conference
Secretariat.
IMPORTANT
NOTE :
i.
Conference will commence at 3.00 pm on 08th
Jan ’09 (Fri) and is expected to conclude by
1.00 pm on 10th Jan ’09 (Sun).
ii. The organizer will be arranging for the
necessary transport needs between the
conference venue and the Kuala Lumpur
International Airport for participants
travelling by air. The journey between the
conference venue and the airport will take about 1
hour.
iii. Participants travelling by air, are advised to
arrive by 11.00 a.m on 8th January 2010 and
arrange for the return flight after 4pm on 10th
January 2010.
iv. Participants are very much encouraged to
travel in groups to enable efficient airport-conference
venue transport arrangement.
v. In the event that participants arrive one (1)
day earlier, we humbly request the respective
National Coordinators/Country Leader to
inform the Secretariat at least two (2) weeks
prior to the conference date. Any last minute
requests may not be easily arranged.
vi. Participants are advised NOT to bring any
expensive/sentimental value items/equipments to
the conference. "Lesser the luggage, more
comfort the journey......BABA". The
Organising Committee shall not be liable or
responsible for any loss of participants
belongings.
