Travel Information:

1. There are two (2) international airports in Kuala Lumpur – the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) which is within the vicinity of KLIA.
2. All delegates are required to provide their flight details with timings to enable the organisers to arrange for the necessary transportation.
3. Upon exiting the airport terminal, kindly look out for our Reception Team who will guide you to your destination.
4. Kindly ensure that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of arrival.
5. Participants from non-Asean countries are advised to check and comply with all the necessary visa requirements while making their travel plans to Malaysia .
6. Participants are encouraged to visit  the following website which provides essential information about Malaysia :  http://www.tourism.gov.my/

Accommodation Information:

1. Accommodation will be segregated between males and females.
2. Each apartment with 3 rooms will accommodate a maximum of 5 delegates.
3. Rooms are sufficiently furnished to enable delegates to enjoy a good sleep, bath while being in a relaxed environment.

Charges:

      1. A nominal fee is being charged for the conference. Please refer to your respective National Youth Coordinators for more information.  

Dress Code:

      1. All delegates must observe the dress code as at Prashanti Nilayam at all times.  

Boys:  White long sleeve shirts with white trousers or white kurtas only.

Girls:   Decent attire (Punjabi suits with Shawl or Saree)  

 THINGS TO BRING:

-         Toiletries  

-         Water containers- in case you need to carry an extra supply of water!

-         Bring the Swami in you!

-         Bring the Love and Joy to be shared with the rest of the participants!

-         Bring any elevating books that you like to read!
